Theme Day: Best Photo of 2009

Of the hundreds of photos I took over the last year, I think this is my favorite.  It was an interesting experience making this image in my own backyard.  We finally filled the bird feeder after a couple of weeks being empty, and the hummingbirds were so hungry they really didn't care how close I was to the feeder.  Three or four hummingbirds whizzing past my head, and fighting each other for a spot at the feeder.
